Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days of purchase.

Delivery within Aotearoa New Zealand

We ship all orders predominantly via NZ Post. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. For the most accurate delivery estimates, please refer to the NZ Post website using your tracking details.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier network issues. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. Subscribe to our newsletter for the latest updates.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at matt@makoha.co.nz for assistance. Please provide a description of the issue and photos where possible. Once approved, Mākoha will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. We will provide instructions for returning the items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We reserve the right to decline a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
